This page helps you use the correct process if you need to cancel an order, return goods, report a delivery problem or tell us about a faulty product.

Our full cancellation, return and refund terms are contained in our Returns Policy.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been dispatched, please email info@taafishing.com as soon as possible.

Please include your full name, order number, billing email address and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before dispatch, but orders can move quickly into picking, packing and carrier processing, so cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

Please do not use the Returns Form below to request cancellation of an order which has not yet been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, this does not by itself remove any cancellation right which may apply. You may instead need to receive and return the goods using the Returns Form below.

Email is our preferred cancellation method because it allows us to identify and act on an order quickly. This does not prevent a consumer from exercising an applicable statutory cancellation right by another legally sufficient clear statement.

For full cancellation terms, please read our Returns Policy.

RETURNS FORM

Use the form below if you have already received your order and need to physically return goods to TAA Fishing.

The form can be used for an eligible change-of-mind return, goods damaged during delivery, an incorrect or missing item, or a suspected faulty or defective product other than a fishing rod fault which should use our dedicated rod claim process.

Step 1: Find your order

If the product is a fishing rod and you suspect a manufacturing, material or workmanship fault after delivery, please use the Fishing Rod Fault / Warranty Claim Form instead. For faulty or defective products other than fishing rods, please use this Returns Form. The TAA Limited Rod Warranty applies only to fishing rods. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

The order is read only. This lookup does not alter WooCommerce.

By submitting the Returns Form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.

Submitting the form does not itself mean that a refund, replacement or fault claim has been accepted. We may need to review the information provided and, depending on the circumstances, request photographs or other reasonable information before confirming the next step.

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

Once we receive your return request, we will review the information provided and contact you where further information or return instructions are required.

Depending on the reason for the return, we may ask for photographs, product information, proof of purchase or other reasonable evidence before the goods are sent back.

Where goods need to be returned, please follow the return instructions we provide.

Please do not send goods back to us without following the return instructions wherever reasonably possible, as this can delay identification and processing of the return.

Refunds, return postage, diminished value, faulty-goods remedies and international-return arrangements are governed by our Returns Policy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about goods purchased online, you may have a statutory cancellation right.

For most qualifying online purchases, the cancellation period will normally expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Once you have communicated your decision to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

If you have already received the goods, use the Returns Form above to arrange the physical return.

Goods may be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a shop and this genuinely reduces their value, TAA Fishing may make a lawful diminished-value deduction where permitted.

The customer will normally be responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

Full information is contained in our Returns Policy.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Goods

If an item has arrived physically damaged, you received the wrong product, something is missing from your order or the delivery is incomplete, please use the Returns Form above.

Where reasonably possible, please retain the goods, external packaging, internal protective packaging and shipping label until the matter has been reviewed.

We may request photographs where these will help us investigate the delivery or fulfilment issue.

Prompt reporting can help us preserve carrier and packing evidence, but any request to report quickly does not remove statutory rights which otherwise apply.

Delivery and carrier information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product other than a fishing rod develops or appears to contain a fault, please use the Returns Form above.

We may reasonably request photographs, video, proof of purchase or details of how and when the issue arose where this is needed to assess the problem.

Submitting a fault report does not itself mean that a fault or particular remedy has been accepted.

Requesting reasonable information or inspection does not remove your statutory rights.

Full faulty-goods terms are contained in our Returns Policy.

Fishing Rod Returns and Claims

Please use the correct route for fishing rods.

If a fishing rod arrived physically broken, cracked, crushed, bent or otherwise damaged during delivery, please use the normal Returns Form above.

If you simply wish to make an eligible change-of-mind return of a fishing rod, please also use the Returns Form above.

If the rod has developed, or appears to contain, a suspected manufacturing, material or workmanship fault after delivery, please do not use the Returns Form on this page.

Instead, please submit the dedicated Fishing Rod Fault / Warranty Claim Form through our Fishing Rod Warranty, Registration & Claims page.

The detailed commercial warranty and registration rules are available in our TAA Limited Rod Warranty Terms.

The TAA Limited Rod Warranty is separate from and additional to statutory consumer rights.

International Returns

If you are returning goods from outside the United Kingdom because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for arranging and paying the direct return cost where you were properly informed of that responsibility and applicable law permits it.

International returns should be accurately declared as returned goods where appropriate.

Customers must not falsely declare a parcel as a gift, deliberately understate its value or provide inaccurate customs information.

Customs duty, import VAT, brokerage fees or similar amounts paid directly to a foreign authority, postal operator or carrier were not received by TAA Fishing and are not normally refunded by TAA Fishing.

Different rules apply where goods are genuinely faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming and applicable law requires TAA Fishing to bear reasonable or necessary return costs.

Please read our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy before arranging an international return.

Before Sending Goods Back

Please submit the Returns Form above and follow the return instructions provided before sending goods back wherever reasonably possible.

This helps us identify the return, provide the correct return information and process the matter efficiently.

Returned goods should be packaged appropriately for transportation.

Please retain proof of posting and, where appropriate, tracking information.

Do not attend our registered office personally to make a return unless TAA Fishing has expressly agreed this with you in advance.

Failure to use our preferred Returns Form does not by itself extinguish a statutory right which otherwise applies, although unidentified or incorrectly routed returns may take longer to process.
