6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via WooPayments and its authorised payment partners. We do not store full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
8. Consumable Goods
Fishing rigs, terminal tackle, hooks, lines, swivels, clips, beads, and similar items are consumable goods.
Once opened or used, consumable goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
Performance expectations, breakages during use, or fish loss do not constitute a fault.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which sets out your rights under UK consumer law and applicable exclusions.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage is product-specific:
Fishing rigs & terminal tackle: no warranty beyond statutory rights
Rods: covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only (terms vary by manufacturer)
Clothing & apparel: 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects only
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect setup, accidental damage, corrosion, or environmental exposure.
11. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
