This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and charged. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, product launches, or promotions.

Europe (selected destinations where available at checkout)
If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to accept orders for that location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applied per order as follows:
United Kingdom
Orders under £60: Flat rate £4.50
Orders £60 and over: Free shipping
Europe
Flat rate: £25 per order
All applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
For European orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days (destination dependent)
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and items.
This reporting requirement applies to delivery-related issues only and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
